Pakistan Telecommunications Company Limited (PTCL) has inaugurated a revamped and remodelled One Stop Shop (OSS) near PTCL Central Exchange in Abbottabad Cantt. PTCL is currently remodelling its Flag Ship One Stop Shops all across Pakistan to bring an enhanced experience for its customers.

The inauguration ceremony was attended by PTCL SEVP Commercial, Naveed Saeed; EVP Wire-line, Aasif Inam; EVP Wireless, Omer Khalid; EVP Customer Care, Kamran Malik, RGM Hazara Telecom Region, Usman Ali Khan; GM Commercial, Jawad Saleem; GM Customer Care HQ's, Naeem Siddiqui as well as OSS staff attired in their smart uniforms.

"Customer satisfaction is our top priority," said Senior Executive Vice President Commercial, Naveed Saeed, while addressing the inauguration ceremony. "Our One Stop Shops are bringing convenience to our customers by providing all PTCL services under one roof." Widely recognised as the company's public face, PTCL's nation-wide 191 One-Stop Shops are facilitating customers in billing adjustments, fault rectification, new service requests, duplicate bills, billing instalments and payments all under one roof.-PR
